Plan the week on the demand it will have.

Three views of expected demand: hourly call volume per zone, daily missions per district, and the load on a single station, for weekly shift-roster planning.

Seven days, hour by hour, per zone.

Expected call volume for the week ahead, broken down by hour and by zone, so the dispatch centre can see the peaks coming and position vehicles before they arrive.

7 days per district, split by service.

Daily expected missions for the week ahead, per district and split into Rettungsdienst, Feuerwehr and gesamt: the numbers the weekly shift roster is actually built on.

One station, and whether it will be busy.

A station leader picks their station and sees the expected EMS load for it: average missions per hour over the next 24 and 72 hours, the single busiest hour, and how that compares with the station's own six-month average.

That comparison is the staffing pressure figure: 1.0 is the station's own historical average, and anything above it means a busier stretch than usual.
